We are a full-service medical spa led by Emi Fischer, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. Before she opened her practice, Emi spent more than a decade in a hospital intensive care unit. How the Program Works
- Consultation and health assessment. Emi reviews your health and your goals and confirms whether medical weight loss is right for you.
- Prescription medication when appropriate. For qualifying patients, the plan can include a GLP-1 medication. Research supports combining GLP-1 medication with lifestyle changes as a safe and reliable approach to lasting weight loss.
- A nutrition plan built for you. It is based on your routine and preferences, not a generic template.
- Exercise and lifestyle coaching. Small, realistic changes that support the medication and help results last.
- Ongoing monitoring and support. Regular check-ins to track progress and adjust your plan.
Combining Weight Loss with Other Treatments
As weight comes off, many clients also want to firm skin or reshape specific areas. Because we are a full-service med spa, you can add body contouring and skin tightening with Alma Opus, a non-invasive treatment, or skin laxity, cellulite and stretch mark treatments. Emi plans them alongside your weight loss, not separately.
IV Therapy
IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins and nutrients directly into the bloodstream. It can help with dehydration and nutrient deficiencies, and many clients feel the effects almost immediately. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm. Saturday, 10 am to 2 pm by appointment. Closed Sunday.
